Simple Steps for Men’s Health Week

Fellas, we’re 3 days into Men’s Health Week.

And, I know, I know…. we don’t like being told what to do.

But,

I’ve got some simple requests. Tell me to get stuffed if you like.

🙏 Be a legend and,

Do me, your loved ones, your mates and
Most importantly –

Yourself a favour.

Do a bit better than yesterday:

○ Book that check up with your Doc.
-> I know you’re putting it off.

○ Commit to moving your body more.
-> Just a bit mate, it’ll do ya good.

○ Cut back on the booze.
-> Relax, I’m not sayin quit, Just a few less.

○ Catch up with mates.
-> Check in on them too.

○ Eat a bit less junk and
-> A bit more of the good stuff.

simple stuff mate.
